2026-2028 Connecticut Real Estate License Renewal Requirements
During the 2026-2028 renewal period, Connecticut DCP requires one mandatory continuing ed course for all real estate licensees titled 2028 Connecticut Real Estate License Law. Sound familiar? It should because it’s the same name as the previous renewal cycle with a new date added to the beginning. Hopefully the year at the beginning will help clear up any potential confusion.
In addition to the 3 mandatory credits, active CT licensee need to complete 9 additional credits in elective topics. Importantly, all credits must be approved by DCP.
